How the repair works

Prep the area
We clean and prepare the crack so the repair can bond cleanly along the damage.
Open the damage for resin flow
We carefully open the existing crack path so resin can travel into the glass where it’s needed. That’s how we get a fuller fill and a more stable repair—not a surface-only fix.
Evacuate air & inject resin
Air is evacuated from the crack, then optical resin is injected so it fills the damage—stabilizing the glass and helping keep the crack from spreading further.
Cure with UV light
UV light hardens and seals the resin so the repair sets quickly and is ready for the road.
Polish for the best finish
We finish with a polish so the repair blends as cleanly as possible into the windshield.
